The product is applied directly to a timber frame and consists of both shadow gaps and access panels.

Our IPS Ranges
Moisture resistant melamine faced chipboard – backed by a 5-year guarantee
MR MFC (moisture resistant melamine faced chipboard) is typically regarded as the standard choice by many specifiers. Supported by a 5-year guarantee, we would recommend this for low traffic areas that are unlikely to be exposed to moisture.
Solid grade laminates – backed by a 10-year guarantee
SGL is made up of layers of Kraft paper, black in this case, bonded together with phenolic resins and finished with a decorative paper layer. They are bonded together under heat and pressure to form a composite board, typically 12/13mm thick. It is very dense, extremely robust and is impervious to water, ideal material for heavy use and shower areas.
Lifeshield IPS panels
Our Lifeshield IPS panels have been developed specifically for hospitals, healthcare centres and doctor’s surgeries. The Lifeshield system is tough, durable and hygienic.
Fully compliant with NHS Estate Guidelines and HTM 63 panel specifications, our Lifeshield IPS panels are both easy to specify and install – ensuring a sanitary and professional fit within healthcare environments.
